Liberty Field Hockey Club

About Us:

Liberty Field Hockey Club is a community-based program in Powell, Ohio dedicated to introducing and developing youth field hockey players from K- 8th grade. As an official feeder program to high school field hockey in the area, our goal is to build a strong foundation of skills, teamwork, and game understanding at every level.

Our Bells program (K–4th grade) introduces young athletes to the basics of the sport in a fun, encouraging environment, while our Stars program (5th–8th grade) offers more advanced training and competitive opportunities to prepare players for the next level. Whether your athlete is picking up a stick for the first time or looking to build toward high school play, Liberty Field Hockey Club is where the journey begins.

The Liberty Field Hockey Club is administered by Marianne Flannery and Samantha Welsh, OLHS Field Hockey Coaches. The Stars are coached by high school varsity assistant coaches Dani Worrell and Keegan Grabow - both Liberty HS Alums. The Bells are coached by Patty Rust, former D1 player and long-time youth field hockey coach.
